茄子及其近缘野生种遗传多样性的SRAP分析

摘    要:应用SRAP分子标记技术对87份来茄子及其近缘野生种进行了遗传多样性分析.结果显示,从88对SRAP引物中筛选出18对多态性高、稳定性好的引物组合,共检测出309清晰个位点,平均每对引物检测到17.2个扩增位点..参试茄属植物种质群体位点的平均杂合度为0.6962;平均多态信息含量为0.6441.82份栽培种茄子材料的平均相似系数为0.822,表明茄子栽培种的基因库较小,遗传基础较为狭窄.聚类分析结果表明,87份材料可分成4大类,可以较好地将茄子栽培种与其近缘野生种分开,并且基本可将高级栽培种(S.melongena L.subsp.melongena)和原始栽培种(S.melongena L.subsp.ovigerum Salis)在亚种水平上区分开来.由此可见,SRAP标记在茄子遗传研究中是一种经济、有效和可靠的分子标记手段.
