| 摘 要： | 为了利用CIDR和PMSG对林麝进行同期发情试验,研究其对林麝的应用效果,寻求操作简便、效果良好、稳定的林麝同期发情方法.把CIDR放人林麝阴道内,11d后取出同时注射PMSG,观察发情情况.结果表明,取栓后7d内同步发情率达到85.7％.CIDR诱导发情在林麝上的首次应用研究,效果优于巴报道的其他林麝同期发情方法.

| Abstract: | In order to find a simple,good effects and stable estrus synchronization methods of forest musk deer,CIDR and PMSG was used to conduct the estrus synchronization of forest musk deer experinent.The results showed that the synchronization estrus rate reached 85.7 % within 7 d afer the bolt was pulled out.The conclusions were drawn that estrus induction by CIDR was a new method for forest musk deer and had better effects than that by others |
