小西瓜茎尖离体再生体系的建立

摘    要:以茎尖为外植体,进行小西瓜离体快繁研究,建立了小西瓜茎尖再生体系。结果表明:小西瓜种子发芽的最适培养基为2FeMS;最适茎尖丛芽诱导培养基为MS1 BA 1~2 mg/L IAA 0.01 mg/L,增殖系数高;最适继代培养基为MS4 BA 0.2 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L;不定芽在培养基1/2MS 0.05 mg/L IAA上生根良好。

Abstract:The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation in vitro on miniwatermelon were studied by using shoot-tip an explants.A good culture system for miniwatermelon was established.The results showed the optimal germination medium was 2FeMS,the optimized induction medium for shoot-tip was MS1 BA 1-2 mg/L IAA 0.01 mg/L,in which the propagation ratio was high.the suitable medium of subculture was MS4 BA 0.2 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L,and tie rootage medium was 1/2MS 0.05 mg/L IAA.
