摘    要:以268份放线菌次生代谢产物为筛选对象,百合灰霉病为供试菌种,通过抑制孢子萌发试验、黄瓜子叶法两种试验方法,进行抗百合灰霉病活性筛选。结果表明,孢子萌发抑制率80%以上的有16份,黄瓜子叶离体叶片防治效果50%以上的有10份。筛选到一批具有开发应用前景的放线菌资源。

Abstract:268 actinomycete isolates were gained from soil samples,which were sampled from different places in Yunnan.On the basis of antagonistic examination of inhibition effect on conidia germination and in vitro leaves of cucumber control efficiency,the actionmycete strains inhibit to B.elliptica were selected.The results showed that of 268 strains,the control efficiency of 10 strains had protective activities above 50 %,the conidia germination inhibition rate of 16 strains were above 80 %.These strains may have potential to develop as fungicide to control plant diseases.
