烤烟田间生长过程中叶绿素含量动态变化规律

在烤烟的不同生育期,对不同叶序及同一叶片不同部位的烟叶叶绿素含量进行测定。结果表明:烟株在封顶前叶绿素含量逐渐增高,封顶后则随着氮代谢的减弱呈下降趋势;新叶的叶绿素含量高于老叶的叶绿素含量;同一叶片叶尖部位的叶绿素含量变化最大,叶基部次之,叶中部最小;在测定烤烟田间生长过程中叶绿素含量时可以选取叶片的中部进行测定。

Dynamic Changes of Chlorophyll Content during Growth of Flue-cured Tobacco Fields
