土壤pH对滇重楼生长、养分含量和总皂甙含量的影响

摘    要:研究了土壤pH对滇重楼生长状况、各器官营养元素含量及根茎总皂甙含量的影响。结果表明,根茎增长率、茎叶鲜重、根数、根系鲜重、根长随pH增加呈先增后降的趋势,根茎增长率以pH 6.54最高,茎叶鲜重、根数、根系鲜重、根长以pH7.42最高。土壤pH对滇重楼各器官N、P、K含量的影响规律各异:土壤pH对新老根茎、根系氮含量有显著的影响,但对茎叶氮含量影响不大;新老根茎磷含量随土壤pH升高而增加,而茎叶和根系磷含量则有相反趋势;土壤pH对根系和茎叶钾含量的影响远大于对根茎钾含量的影响。新老根茎总皂甙含量随土壤pH升高而增加。综合考虑土壤pH对滇重楼生长、营养状况、药用部位生物量积累和总皂甙含量的影响,建议在滇重楼人工栽培中,土壤pH应控制在中性范围(6.50~7.50)为宜。
