川芎无公害种苗处理技术研究

摘    要:本文采用浸根、土壤施用和灌根3种处理方式,研究了8种低毒的化学农药、生物制剂和化学药剂处理种苗对川芎成活率、病害和产量的影响.结果表明,各种药剂处理均对川芎无不良影响,均可不同程度提高川芎种苗的定植成活率,控制根腐病的危害,提高产量.其中,木霉菌生物制剂的控病效果和增产效果特别显著,土壤施用木霉菌制剂500 g/666.7m2处理对川芎根腐病的防治效果达75.49 %,川芎增产14.60 %,表现出良好的应用前景.

Abstract:The effects of 8 kinds of low-toxic substances with root soaking, spot application and root drenching treatment on the survival rate, disease occurrence and yield of Ligusticum chuanxiong were studied. No side effects were observed, and improvements in survival rate, root-rot disease control and yield were recorded. The control effect of Trichoderma biological preparation to the root rot of Ligusticum chuanxiong arrived at 75.49 %,and the yield was increased by 14.60 %. It showed that the Trichoderma preparation held potential for large-scale application.
