微波消解氢化物-原子荧光法同时测定土壤中的砷和汞

摘    要:建立了氢化物-原子荧光法同时测定土壤中砷和汞的方法。在建立的最佳工作条件下,用微波消解处理样品,砷的回收率为90%~110%,汞的回收率为95%~105%,方法的检出限、精密度和准确度均能满足土壤检验的要求,可广泛地应用于各种环境土壤的检测。

Abstract:Method of mensurating soil Arsenic and Hydrargyrum simultaneously using microwave digestion hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was setup.Under optimum conditions,the recovery rates of Arsenic and Hydrargyrum could be up to 90 %-100 % and 95 %-105 % respectively when samples was digested by microwave.The precision and accuracy accord with the requirement of soil test,which could be widely used in kinds of soil detection.
