摘    要:Adage是美国Syngenta公司近年开发成功的一种新型杀虫剂。实验表明,用0.5ppm-4ppm的剂量处理玉米种子,对赤拟谷盗、玉米象和锯谷盗的防治效果因虫种、剂量、处理时间和处理温度而有差异。当处理浓度为4ppm、处理时间为1-6d时,玉米象成虫在22℃、27℃和32℃时的死亡率分别为79.3%-89.3%、91.2%-99.2%和97.5%-100%。而对于赤拟谷盗,处理时间比处理温度更重要,当处理浓度为4ppm、温度为27℃、处理时间为1、2、3、6d时,赤拟谷盗成虫死亡率分别为23.4%、40.1%、60.8%和100%。同样,Adage对锯谷盗的防治效果也明显受到处理时间的影响。当处理浓度为4ppm、温度为32℃、处理时间为1、2、3、6d时,锯谷盗成虫死亡率分别为66.0%、88.5%、96.7%和100%。

Adage-a new seed treatment insecticide for controlling stored grain beetles
Abstract:The effects of Adage on maize weevil,Sitophilus zeamais,red flour beetle,Tribolium castaneum,and saw-toothed grain beetle,Oryzaephilus surinamensis,on corn were evaluated at three temperatures(22℃,27℃ and 32℃)with different exposures(1?d,2?d,3?d and 6?d).At 22℃,maize weevil had a mortality of 57.2% at 0.5 ppm with 1 d exposure and significantly higher mortalities of 71.3%-79.3% occurred at higher doses of 1 ppm,2 ppm and 4 ppm.The highest mortality (97.50%-100%)occurred at 32℃ when maize weevils were exposed for 1-6 d at 4 ppm,compared to 91.2%-99.2% and 79.3%-89.3%,respectively at 27℃ and 22℃at the same dose.All red flour beetles died at 1 ppm,2 ppm and 4 ppm with 6 d exposure at 32℃ or at 4 ppm with 6 d exposure at 27℃,compared to significantly lower mortalities at shorter exposures.Saw-toothed grain beetles had mortalities of 22.5%,57.5%,78.9% and 86.7% after 6 d exposure at 22℃ when 0.5 ppm,1 ppm,2 ppm,and 4 ppm were applied,respectively.At higher temperatures of 27℃ and 32℃,higher dose and longer exposure resulted in higher mortalities and all beetles died after 6 d exposure at 1 ppm,2 ppm and 4 ppm at 32℃ or at 2 ppm and 4 ppm at 27℃.
