CIMMYT白粒玉米自交系与广西骨干系杂种优势关系的研究

摘    要:以4份广西白粒骨干玉米自交系(南60-1、改良南60-1、大013和花83-2)与引自国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)的6份白粒玉米自交系为材料,按B.Griffing 4模式设计进行配合力分析,研究来自CIMMYT的白粒玉米自交系与广西骨干系的杂种优势情况.研究结果表明,自交系改良南60-1的产量一般配合力效应最高,达到0.58;来自CIMMYT的CML268的产量一般配合力效应次之,其值为0.42.改良南60-1与CML98的产量特殊配合力效应最高,达到1.26.组配的优势杂交组合大部分符合温带系×热带系的杂种优势模式.

Abstract:Four maize inbred lines of Guangxi(Nan60-1,Improved Nan60-1,Da013 and Hua83-2) and six maize inbred lines from CIMMYT were used as material to analyze the combining ability and genetic relationship using the B.Griffing 4 model.The results showed that the efficiency value of GCA(general combining ability) of inbred Improved Nan60-1 was the highest with the value of 0.58.The line CML268 from CIMMYT had a average GCA value 0.42.The line CML98 from CIMMYT had the greatest relative heterosis with the improved Na...
