滇重楼授粉特性的初步研究

通过对滇重楼授粉特性初步研究,结果表明:①滇重楼是常异花授粉植物,且不存在无融合生殖;②自然界中的滇重楼通过昆虫进行传粉,属虫媒植物;③滇重楼自花授粉结籽率低,人工异花授粉是提高种子产量的有效措施;④滇重楼的最佳授粉期是在花粉囊裂开后的第5天,花粉囊裂开后的5 d内完成人工授粉效果最好,授粉后到完成受精有效时间为24~96 h。本文为滇重楼育种和提高种子产量提供科学依据。

Primary study on the pollination characteristics of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis(Fr.)Hand

The pollination characteristics of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(Fr.) Hand were summarized in this paper.The results indicated that:(i)P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(Fr.) Hand belonged to often cross-pollinated plants,and there was no agamospermy in this plant;(ii) Pollinators of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(Fr.) Hand were insects under natural condition,it was the entomophilous plants;(iii) The seed set ratio of self-pollination was low,the artificial cross-pollination of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(Fr.) Hand was effective measures to improve seed yield;(iv) The pollention's date of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(Fr.) Hand within five days after the anther splits was effective,and the best date was the 5th day after the anther splits.The pistil's pollination needed 24-96 h.This article provided evidence for breeding and improving seed yield.
