强健性斑纹限性蚕种质材料创新及其杂交组合性状比较

摘    要:以保存的斑纹限性蚕资源材料为母本,以932、湘晖、7532、夏芳、秋白为父本进行杂交,并连续3次回交和系统选择,育成了主要经济性状接近或超过其雄性亲本的皮斑限性蚕品种限1、限3、限6、限8,斑纹限性蚕品种蜀63、限17、限16。根据其雄性亲本的杂交组合形式组配成杂交组合限1.限3×限6.限8、限17×限16、蜀63×限16,经过室内饲养鉴定,3个组合的健康性、茧丝质成绩均达到或超过雄性亲本杂交组合水平,限1.限3×限6.限8万蚕收茧量与两广二号相同,万蚕茧层量提高了2.89%,蜀63×限16万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量、万蚕产丝量分别比夏芳×秋白提高4.94%、8.30%、3.42%,限17×限16万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量分别比夏芳×秋白提高0.21%、3.36%,达到了育种材料创新的预期目标。

Abstract:Using sex-limited marking silkworm races as female parents,and 932, Xianghui,7532,Xiafang,Qiubai as male parents to cross,followed by backcrossing consecutively for three times and systematical selection,the Sex-limited marking silkworm germplasm materials Xian 1,Xian 3,Xian 6,Xian 8,and Shu 63,Xian 17, Xian 16 were bred,and their main economic features were similar or even better than their male parents.The sex-limited marking silkworm hybrid combinations Xian1·Xian3×Xian6·Xian8,Xian17×Xian16,and Shu63×Xian16 were then obtained based on male parents’ hybrid combinations.According to rearing in laboratory, healthiness and quality of cocoon filament of the three combinations were similar or even better than that of their male parents.Xian1·Xian3×Xian6·Xian8’s cocoon crop per 10 000 four-insrar silkworms was equal to Liangguang 2,but cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae increased by 2.89 % than that of the latter.Compared with Xiafang×Qiubai,the cocoon weight per 10 000 larvae,cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae,and raw silk weight per 10000 larvae of Shu63×Xian16 were 4.94 %,8.30 % and 3.42 % higher respectively;Meanwhile,the cocoon weight per 10 000 larvae,cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae of Xian17×Xian16 increased by 0.21 %,3.36 % respectively,and so,the objectives of the Sex-limited Marking Silkworm Germplasm material innovation were realized.
