茉莉酸甲酯诱导水稻对褐飞虱抗性与植株总酚含量的关系研究

摘    要:用0.25、0.50 mM茉莉酸甲酯诱导处理水稻品种TN1、IR26和IR36,探讨茉莉酸甲酯诱导对稻株总酚含量的影响及与水稻品种抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ的关系。研究结果表明,0.25、0.50 mM茉莉酸甲酯诱导后TN1、IR26、IR36稻株总酚含量均明显高于对照;TN1、IR26、IR36对褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ的抗性显著提高,由感虫级别上升到抗虫级别。0.25、0.50 mM茉莉酸甲酯诱导后TN1、IR26、IR36对褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ的抗性与稻株总酚含量的升高关系密切,但以0.25 mM的诱导浓度增加抗虫性的效果最为明显。诱导后这三个水稻品种受褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ为害后的受害级别、若虫存活率及雌成虫蜜露分泌量均随稻株总酚含量的增加而降低,而若虫发育历期则随总酚含量的增加而延长。

Abstract:Relations between resistance of rice induced by methyl jasmonate(MeJA),brown plant hopper(BPH) biotypeⅡ and total phenol content were studied by inducing TN1,IR26 and IR36 with 0.25 and 0.50 mM MeJA.The results indicated that total phenol content in rice induced by 0.25 and 0.5mM MeJA obviously increased,the resistance of TN1,IR26 and IR36 to BPH biotypeⅡ raised significantly,and shifted from susceptible level to resistant level.There were evident correlations between the increase of total phenol content in TN1,IR26 and IR36 induced by 0.25,0.50 mM MeJA and the resistance of rice varieties to BPH biotype Ⅱ,and the inducing efficiency was more apparent with 0.25 mM.Damage level of TN1,IR26 and IR36,the survival rate of nymphs and amount of honeydew excreted by BPH biotypeⅡ declined and developmental duration of nymphs prolonged with the increase of total phenol content after TN1,IR26,IR36 induced by MeJA.
