芒果叶片解剖结构与抗旱性的关系

摘    要:利用石蜡切片、光学显微镜观察的方法,对紫花芒、粤西1号、留香芒、青皮芒4个芒果品种的叶片厚度、叶片组织紧密度(CTR)等解剖结构进行观测,并通过隶属函数来综合评价其抗旱性大小。结果表明:4个芒果品种的叶片显微结构存在一定程度的差异,叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、栅栏组织均达到显著性差异;隶属函数法综合评价4个品种抗旱性强弱依次为粤西1号>留香芒>青皮芒>紫花芒。

Abstract:The leaf anatomical structures of four kinds mango i.e.Zihua,Yuexi No.1,Liuxiang, Qingpi were observed and measured under optical microscope by paraffin-section method.The results showed that there were different in the thickness of leaf,thickness of upper leaf epidermis, thickness of palisade tissue to certain extent.The comprehensive evaluation of the four cultivars was handled by using the subordinate function method.The drought tolerance of four cultivars was in the following order:Yuexi No.1,Liuxiang,Qingpi,Zihua.
