不同来源甘蓝型油菜主要农艺性状与产量的相关分析

摘    要:本试验对30份国外引进种、47份四川地方品种、20份推广品种的主要农艺性状与产量进行了相关分析。从回归系数、简单相关、偏相关系数和通径系数看,三类材料构成单株产量的关键因素为:单株有效角果数、每角粒数和千粒重。考察的6个农艺性状对单株产量的贡献组成在三类材料中不同。推广品种中单株有效角果数、每角粒数、千粒重这三个性状对单株产量的直接、间接影响远大于株高、有效分枝部位、一次有效分枝数;国外引进种中各农艺性状对单株产量的直接、间接影响差异较推广品种中小;地方品种中除单株有效角果数、每角粒数、千粒重对单株产量的直接、间接影响较大外,株高、有效分枝部位、一次有效分枝数通过与其它性状相互作用,也很大程度上对单株产量起了作用。以上结果表明这三类材料遗传背景差异较大,在产量育种中,可针对育种材料的产量限制因素,合理选用不同遗传背景的资源材料。

Abstract:The regression,correlation and path analysis of major agronomil characters to yield per plant were conducted with 30 materials from foreign countries,47 land varieties and 20 present varieties.Correlation analysis is as follows:in the three different resources materials,pods per plant,seeds per pod and 1000-seed weight were the most important while all the yield per plant component had different contribution.In the present varieties,pods per plant,seeds per pod and 1000-seed weight had far more important direct and indirect impact on yield per plant than the other three characters: plant height,branched position and number of primary branches;compared to present varieties,the contribution difference of the agronomil characters to yield per plant in the materials from foreign countries was less;In land varieties,excepted the important direct and indirect impact of pods per plant,seeds per pod and 1000-seed weight on yield per plant,the plant height,branched position and number of primary branches also had important contribution to yield per plant by interacting with other agronomil characters.All the result indicated that the materials studied in the paper had different genetic background and we should use corresponding materials to improve the yield restrict factor in rapeseed breeding.
