| 摘 要： | 从2006年到2007年在四川省8个马铃薯主产区采集的晚疫病样本中单孢分离得到91个晚疫病菌菌株。引用国际上通行的两个微卫星标记Pi4B和Pi4G,对这91个菌株的基因型进行遗传多样性分析,鉴定出8个SSR基因型:D-03、D-05、D-06、F-01、F-03、F-06、G-02和H-01;占优势基因型的为F-01和F-06,在群体中所占的比例分别为39.56%和15.38%。不同地区的菌株SSR基因型多样性也不相同。 |

| Abstract: | With the two microsatellites Pi4B and Pi4G,a total of eight SSR genotypes of Phytophthora infestans,including D-03,D-05,D-06,F-01,F-03,F-06,G-02 and H-01 were identified among the 91 isolates collected from seven major potato growing areas in Sichuan province from 2006 to 2007.Genotype F-01 dominated the population (39.56 % of isolates),followed by genotype F-06 with 15.38 %.Isolates collected from the different areas showed difference in their genotype structure. |
