抗战时期贵州茶政及其影响研究

贵州省境温暖湿润,素号山国,历史上茶业经济发达。1840年后,由于列强入侵,社会动荡,茶树多被放置或采伐,导致茶叶产量顿减。民国时期抗战军兴,茶叶成了政府维护国家安全和换取外汇的重要输出产品,在此前提下,民国政府积极要求发展茶叶。贵州省府采取了促进茶树栽培、改良制茶法,开办茶叶讲习所,以及与高校院所及研究机构合作等积极的茶业举措,一定程度促进了黔茶的发展,使曾经的荒山变成了金山银山,为贵州茶业发展留下了珍贵的历史文献资料,故系统梳理这些文献并总结其间的经验教训,对今天贵州民族山区经济发展和生态建设有着积极意义。

Research of Guizhou Tea Administration and Its Influence during the Anti-Japanese War

Guizhou Province is warm and humid,and is known as a mountain country.Historically,tea industry has developed economically.After 1840,due to the invasion of great powers and social turmoil,the tea trees were mostly placed or felled,which led to a sudden drop in tea production.How to promote their development has always been a concern for people of insight.During the Republic of China’s War of Resistance against Japan,tea became an important export product for the government to maintain national security and exchange foreign currency.Under this premise,the government of the Republic of China actively requested the development of tea.The Provincial Government of Guizhou has formulated tea cultivation,improved tea production methods,established tea workshops,and cooperated with colleges,research institutes and other active tea initiatives,which have promoted the development of Guizhou tea to a certain extent and turned the former wasteland into silver Mountains have left precious historical documents for the development of Guizhou teaindustry,so systematically sorting these documents and summing up the experience and lessons there have positive significance for the economic development and ecological construction of Guizhou ethnic mountain areas today.
