唐五代时期茶叶贸易中的走私问题探究

饮茶风气在唐朝开始遍及大江南北,贩卖茶叶的利润大涨,于是茶叶生产贸易也在唐朝逐渐兴盛,唐政府开始对茶叶贸易进行干涉,从税茶到专卖制度,再到榷茶,从中获得了大量的茶叶利润与财政收入,同时对少数民族进行政治控制。不可避免,茶农以及贩茶商人为了维护自身的利益,躲避赋税,经常进行茶叶走私贸易,进行私茶贩卖,与政府的茶税作斗争。然而,茶法愈严,茶叶走私贸易愈多,茶商的抗争也就愈加激烈。本文梳理了唐五代时期政府的茶法,同时探究了这一时期茶叶贸易中的走私问题。

Probe into the Smuggling in Tea Trade in Tang and Five Dynasties

Tea culture had become popular and popular on both sides of Yangtze River in Tang Dynasty and the profit of tea trade surged, which caused the production and trade of tea flourishing. Then, government began to interfere with tea trade from tea tax to sale monopoly system, etc. and gained a lot of profit and financial revenue and political control to minorities at the same time. Unavoidably, tea peasants and merchants engaged into the smuggling and private tea business to avoid tax and safeguard their own interests. The stricter the Tea Act, the more smuggling of tea trade. This article combed the Tea Acts in Tang and Five Dynasties and probed into the smuggling in tea trade in the same period.
