| 摘 要： | 本文通过以叙述地中海气候及其相应的植物为开端，从当地农作物的品种、作物栽培和加工技术等方面论述地中海农耕文化的衍变历史，揭示出发生在地中海地区的若干次农业革命给人类社会带来的影响。同时通过将之与世界其它主要几个农耕文化相比较印证，希望对亚洲和非洲如何更快地发展自身农业的问题有所启发。
