明清诗人笔下的淮河灾荒

淮河原本是一条出路通畅,直接入海的河流,但黄河夺淮以后,淮河流域自然灾害极为频繁,本文以明清时期有关记载淮河流域灾荒的诗歌作为基本研究素材,较为系统地研究了明清两代淮河流域水灾、旱灾、潮灾、蝗灾等的基本概况和特征,对淮河两岸百姓生产生活的影响,同时,还对淮河流域的救灾进行探讨。

Famines of Huai River Described by Ming and Qing Poets

Huai River was originally an open way running directly into the sea.However,there had been very frequent natural disasters in the region of Huai River after it was occupied by Yellow River.Using the poetries about famines of Huai River Region during the times of Ming and Qing Dynasties as the basic research materials,this paper systematically studies the general situation and features of floods,droughts,tidal disasters and plague of locusts happened in Ming and Qing Dynasties and their influences to the production and livings of people along both sides of the river.At the same time,measures of disaster relief in Huai River Region are also discussed by the author.
