清代西江流域农村圩镇商业的量化研究——以广西戎圩为个案的考察

戎圩地处浔江下游,毗邻广东,地理位置优越,交通极为便利,是西江流域著名的商品集散地,位列清代广西四大圩镇之首。其商业从明中期兴起,在清前期得到迅速恢复与发展,经乾嘉年间的进一步发展,到道光年间处于鼎盛时期,虽在咸丰年间一度衰落,但同光年间有所恢复。戎圩不仅商务繁盛,且与两广的城镇有着密切的经济联系,是广西西江流域农副产品出口广东以及广东日用百货、食盐和海产品进口广西的中转站和集散中心,在两广经济交往中起到了桥梁作用。

Quantitative Research on Rural Weizhen Commerce in Xijiang River Area in Qing Dynasty: a Case Study by Guangxi Rong Wei

Located at downstream of Xunjiang River and adjacent to Guangdong Province,Rong Wei’s geographic location was good and thus it had became the well-known venue of commodity distribution in the area of Xijiang River,ranking first of four Guangxi Weizhens in Qing Dynasty.Rising from the mid-term of Ming Dynasty and developing in the early Qing Dynasty,especially in the period of Qianlong and Jiajing emperors,the commerce in Rong Xei peaked in Daoguang times.Although once declined in Xianfeng period,it recovered in the times of Tongzhi and Guangxu.Rong Wei had not only the flourishing business but also the close economic ties with towns of Guangdong and Guangxi,being the transit station and distribution center of agro-products in Xijiang River area to Guangdong and merchandise,salt and seafood in Guangdong to Guangxi.Therefore,Rong Wei had played an important role of bridge in the economic exchanges between Guangdong and Guangxi.
