| 摘 要： | 随着民国时期华北小麦生产的发展，小麦生产在华北农村经济中具有更加重要的地位，这是由小麦生产在粮食作物种植面积结构和产量结构中所占的较高比例以及小麦销售与农民收入的紧密联系共同决定的。民国华北小麦生产的进步还促进了华北麦作区畜牧业的发展和草帽辫业的繁盛。
