| 摘 要： | 研究了光唇裂腹鱼稚鱼在MS-222麻醉下麻醉状态及苏醒过程的行为特征，将麻醉状态分为6期，苏醒过程分为4期。试验期间水温21.6～22.6℃，在20 min内，30~40 mg/L浓度麻醉状态只达Ⅰ期；50~70 mg/L可达Ⅳ期；75~80 mg/L下可达Ⅵ期，苏醒时间均小于300 s。MS-222麻醉光唇裂腹鱼稚鱼的理想麻醉浓度为60 mg/L。

| Abstract: | The behavior of Schizothorax lissolabiatus juveniles anesthesia and recovery process under MS-222 anesthesia were studied.The anesthesia state was divided into 6 phases ,and recovery process was divided into 4 phases. During the test the water temperature was 21.6~22.6 ℃,in 20 min,30~40 mg/L concentration of anesthesia reached stageⅠ;50~70 mg/L and 75~80 mg/L concentration of anesthesia reached stage IV and stageⅥrespectively.The recovery time was less than 300 s. MS-222 anesthesia Schizothorax lissolabiatus juveniles ideal anesthetic concentration was 60 mg/L. |
