| 摘 要： | 以稀有白甲鱼头肾组织为材料，采用腹腔注射植物血细胞凝集素（PHA）、秋水仙素和空气干燥法制备染色体标本，进行染色体核型分析。结果表明：稀有白甲鱼染色体为50条，核型公式为2n=50，12m＋16sm＋10st＋12t，NF=78。未发现异型染色体、随体染色体和次缢痕；其核型符合典型的低住类群鱼类核型特征。

| Abstract: | Karyotype of Onychostoma rara was studied with chromosome samples prepared from head kidney by PHA ,colchicine injection and air-dried method.The results showed that there were 50 chromosomes in O.rara and its karyotype formula was 2n=50,12m＋16sm＋10st＋12t ,NF=78. There was no evidence of heterotypical chromosome, satellites or secondary constriction.The karyotype of O.rara was in accordance with the lower group of fish evolutionary taxonomy. |
