大豆再生植株的研究

摘    要:本文以栽培大豆为材料,进行了不同外植体、培养基、基因型及放置方式对不定芽诱导效果和植株再生的研究。结果表明:①所试四种外植体中,以成熟子叶节芽诱导频率最高,可达96%;②不同外植体所需要的适宜培养基不同;③不同基因型对大豆子叶节诱导芽效果差异很大;④子叶节垂直半埋于培养基比平置于培养基时,其芽诱导效率高。不定芽在1/2MS+IBA0.3ppm的培养基上诱导生根,长成完整小植株。

Abstract:Effect of Yarious explants, media, genotypes and placing fashions on the adventitious bud initiation and plant regeneration were studied. The results showed that the highest organogenesis frequency from mature cotyledon in all tested explants reached to 96%; diffrent explants need different appropriate media; effect of various genotypes and placing ways on bud initiation from cotyledonary node in soybean is very remarkable. The roots were induced by transplanting the buds to MS medium containing IBA 0.3PPM and the regenerated plants were obtained.
