关于水稻土中锌提取法的研究

摘    要:根据不同土壤、作物和栽培条件,对土壤的锌提取方法已有十多种。目前,各国采用不同的提取法。尤其是对水稻土的锌提取法,以多种土壤类型为系统研究对象的资料,至今尚少。为此,我们对多以旱田土壤和作物为对象采用的锌提取法,在多种水稻土和种稻条件下对锌的提取法进行了探讨。在0.1mol/1HCl、1mol/1MgCl_2、0.05mol/1EDTA 和1mol/1KCl提取法中,除有效分蘖期的水稻锌吸收量和1mol/1MgCl_2提取的土壤含锌量有极显著相关(未施肥区 r=0.6621,施肥区 r=0.6621)外,均未呈显著相关。

Abstract:There are more than 10 methods of extracting zinc from soil according to different kinds of soil,Crop and culturing conditions.But the methods of extracting zinc from kinds of rice soil were reported little.The extr- acting methods which were usually used in dry land and crop were used in kinds of paddy field.Only the correlation of rice zinc loading and soil zinc contend extracted by 1 mol/l MgCl_2 during tillering stage reached very significance level(CK region r=0.6221~(**),application region r=0.6621~*) in the method of 0.1tool/l HCl,1 mol/l MgCl_2,0.05mol/l EDTA and 1 mol/l KCl.
