大球盖菇菌丝体生物学特性研究

摘    要:对大球盖菇菌丝体生长的营养条件及环境条件进行了研究,结果表明:在试验范围内,乳糖为碳源时,菌丝干重最大,长势强壮,为最适碳源;最适氮源为黄豆粉,菌丝长速最快且菌丝干重最大;无机盐对菌丝生长影响较大,试验范围内测得最适无机盐为硫酸钙。同时对大球盖菇菌丝体生长的温度和pH值进行了研究,结果发现菌丝在15~30℃范围内均可生长,但不同温度条件下菌丝生长状况不同,在25℃时,菌丝长速最快,且干重最大,为最适生长温度。菌丝培养基pH值为5.0~8.0时均可生长,当pH值为6.0时菌丝干重最大,长速较快,最适宜大球盖菇菌丝生长。

Abstract:The nutritional and environmental conditions in which the mycelia of Stropharia rugosoannulata grow were studied,the results showed that mycelia was strong and with biggest dry weight when the lac- tose was taken as carbon source, and the mycelia had the quickest growth rate and biggest dry weight when took soybean meal as nitrogen source. Inorganic salts affected the growth of mycelia, and calcium sulfate was most suitable. And the temperature and pH value during the growth of mycelia were also stud- ied,the results suggested that the mycelia could grow in the range of 15-30℃, mycelia were strong and with biggest dry weight when it grow in 25 ℃ ,this temperature suited mostly for growth. Mycelia could grow when the medium pH value ranged from 5.0 to 8.0, and mycelia grew best when pH value is 6.0.
