延胡索、白头翁提取液的离体抑菌作用测定

摘    要:以西瓜枯萎病菌等12种植物病原真菌为供试靶标,测定了2种长白山有毒植物延胡索与白头翁3种提取液(延胡索氯仿提取液、白头翁氯仿提取液、白头翁正丁醇提取液)的离体抑菌活性.结果表明:延胡索氯仿提取液和白头翁氯仿提取液的活性明显高于白头翁正丁醇提取液;在浓度仅为125mg/L的情况下,该2种提取液对盾壳霉属的葡萄白腐病菌和弯孢属的玉米弯孢叶斑病菌的抑制活性非常高。抑制率均为80%以上,另外,后者对丝核菌属的红景天立枯病菌的抑制率也达到80%以上.

Abstract:Theantifungal activities of Corydalis chloroform,Pulsatilla chloroform,and Pulsatilla butanol were determined on 12 plant pathogenic fungus such as Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum.The rsults showed that the activity of the Pulsatilla chloroform and Corydalis chloroform were higher than Pulsatilla butanol,which stopped the growth of myclelia of Coniella diplodiella(Speg.)Petrak&Sydow and Curvularia lunata Boed of fungi at the concentration of 125 mg/L,and their inhibiting rate were more than 80%.Furthermore,the Corydalis chloroform had more than 80% inhibiting rate on Rhizoctonia solani.
