| 摘 要： | 以珲春桃、正满早生及其F1为试材，利用16对引物组合对AFLP标记的多态性和分离方式进行分析．结果表明：AFIP标记在F1呈3种分离方式：盂德尔分离、偏离孟德尔分离、异常分离．3种分离位点出现的频率和数量分别为：11．07％、83，11．87％、89，3．86％、29．本试验对偏离孟德尔分离比例和异常分离的AFLP标记进行了分析，为该群体是否适合构建遗传连锁图谱进行评价及进一步利用该群体提供理论依据．

| Abstract: | The polymorphism and segregation patterns of AFLP were analysed with sixteen pairs of primers combinations from Hunchuntao, Zhengmanzaosheng and their F1. The results showed that the AFLP markers presented three segregation patterns which were mendelian, deviation mendelian and abnormal segregation. The frequency and quantity were 11.07 %, 83; 11.87 %, 89 ; 3.86 %, 29, respectively. Moreover, the AFLP markers of deviation mendelian and abnormal segregation were analysed to evaluate whether they were fit to construct genetic linkage mapping and provide better basis for using them. |
