摘    要:人参黑斑病菌(Alternaria panax Whetz)菌丝生长、产孢及分生孢子萌发最适温度为25℃,最适宜pH值为5~6.对碳源的利用以蔗糖和麦芽糖最佳,其次为葡萄糖和果糖;氮源以蛋白胨最佳,其次为牛肉膏、酵母汁、丙氨酸,硝铵;不同的培养基以PDA培养基培养的菌丝生长最快,菌落浓密.病菌菌丝的致死温度为65℃,分生孢子的致死温度为50℃.

Abstract:The optimum temperature for mycelial growth, sporulation, and conidia germination of ginseng Alternaria panax Whetz was 25 ℃, whereas the optimum pH value is from 5 to 6. For carbon source, su crose and maltose are better than glucose and fructose. In addition, the best nitrogen somcc is peptone, followed by beef extract, yeast juice, alanine and ammonium nitrate. The mycelium cultured on PI)A grow' fast, and produced thick colonies. Lethal temperatures for mycelium and conidiophores is 65 ℃ and 50 ℃, respectively.
