摘    要:以从野山参根中诱导的愈伤组织为材料,研究MS培养基浓度、总氮和蔗糖浓度及水解酪蛋白浓度对愈伤组织增殖生长的影响.结果表明,愈伤组织在1.0和1.5 MS培养基中生长良好,当MS培养基中的总氮浓度为60 mM时,有利于野山参愈伤组织生长.MS基本培养基中加入蔗糖30 g/L和CH 1.0 g/L时,提高野山参愈伤组织鲜重、干重及增殖系数的增加.

Abstract:In order to promote callus proliferation and growth of mountain ginseng in vitro,the effects of MS strength,concentrations of nitrogen,sucrose,and hydrolyzed casein on callus growth were investigated.1.0 MS and 1.5 MS promoted callus growth;callus fresh weight,dry weight,and proliferation coefficient were favorable when MS medium supplemented with 60 mM nitrogen.30 g/L sucrose and 1.0 g/L hydrolyzed casein,the maximum proliferation coefficient reached 9.3.
