摘    要:采用人工模拟酸雨及室内盆栽培养试验方法,以玉米为试材,研究不同酸度模拟酸雨对3种玉米幼苗的若干生长和生理指标的影响,在此基础上对此3种玉米的抗酸性利用隶属函数法进行综合评价.结果表明,在模拟酸雨胁迫下,3种玉米幼苗的生长均受抑制,且强度越强,抑制作用越明显,叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值随模拟酸雨酸性的增强而下降,3种供试品种中吉单522抗酸性最强,其次是尹单2,黑301最弱.

Abstract:The indoor potted-corn as the material,studied the effect of different acidities(pH 5.6,4.0,3.0and2.0)simulated acid rain on the corn seeding leaves.Then mensurated the growth and physiological characteristics of seedling leaves of three species of corn(Hei301,Jidan522 and Yindan2) to evaluate the best fastness plants in them by using subordination function method.The results showed that with the intensification of the acidity of simulated acid rain,inhibition on the seedling growth of the three species of corn was increased obviously,and the chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b ratio is significantly declined.Three of the tested varieties,Jidan522 acid-fast is the strongest,followed by Yindan2,Hei301 weakest.
