纤维素酶法提取大豆多糖的工艺研究

摘    要:利用酶法与传统热水浸提相结合的方法提取大豆多糖,在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验选出优化的因素组合.结果表明,大豆多糖提取的最适条件为酶解温度50℃,酶解时间50 min,pH值5.5,纤维素酶添加量1.0%.

Abstract:The extraction of soybean polysaccharide from soybean through combining cellulase enzyme and the hot-water soaking method was studied.Based on single-factor test,the orthogonal test were designed to choose the optimum factors combination.The results indicated that enzyme reaction temperature is 55 ℃,enzyme reaction time is 50 min,pH value is 5.5,enzyme added is 1.0%.
