| 摘 要： | 为了解长白山天池水中细菌的种类及多样性,用NA、1/10NA、R2A、1/10R2A培养基从长白山天池水样品中分离出25株细菌菌株,对其进行16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析及形态观察,结果得到9种具有代表性的菌株,9株细菌在系统发育上与芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.)及厌氧芽孢杆菌属(Anoxybacillus sp.)关系密切,其中芽孢杆菌属为分离获得的优势菌属. |

| Abstract: | To study the type and diversity of bacteria from Tianchi water,isolated 25 bacterial strains with NA,1/10NA,R2A and 1/10R2A as culture medium from Tianchi water samples,16S rRNA gene sequences combined with phylogenetic analysis and morphological observation were used to separate and identify the bacteria from Tianchi water.Finally,nine kinds of bacterial strains were obtained and the phylogenetic tree was established.The results showed that 9 bacteria isolated from Tianchi water associated with Bacillus an... |
