水稻与菰杂交后代稳定品系的过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:通过对水稻松前与菰的杂交后代19个稳定品系及其亲本的过氧化物酶同工酶分析表明,稳定品系的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱,以母本酶带为基础,主要表现为五种类型:互补型,新增酶带型,互补兼新增酶带型,母本型,母本酶带缺失型,这表明,在高世代稳定品系可能仍有菰的基因存在并表达。

Abstract:The studies for peroxidase isozymic electrophoregrams of 19 rice lines isolated from finial generation of rice cultivar Mastumue and water rice were conducted. The results showed that isozymic electrophoregrams of these lines were the same as those of female parent Matsumae, and showed 5 isozyme band patterns: complementary band, new band, complementary and new band, female parental band and female parent band lackage patterns. The results indicated that high generation progenies, acquired some genes of male parent water rice, and in which the genes were expressed.
