| Abstract: | Most lentinus edodes polysaccharides process the branched pyran glucosan linked by glucoside bond. It was widely used in the clinical treatment of all kinds of tumours as immuno-logical activator. The chemical structure, relationship of structure and effect, and pharmacological effect of lentinus edodes polysaccharide were stated. |
