白玉彩椒子叶离体诱导不定芽的研究

以子叶为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的激素配比进行白玉彩椒子叶离体诱导不定芽试验。结果表明:将白玉彩椒播种繁殖萌发的子叶切成5 mm见方,转入到MS+NAA 0.6 mg/L培养基上,诱导愈伤组织的效果最好,然后将形成的愈伤组织切块转入到不定芽诱导培养基MS+6BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L或MS+KT1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L配方中,诱导不定芽的效果较好。

Studies on Inducing Adventitious Buds in Cotyledon Culture of Baiyu Colorful Pepper in Vitro

Using cotyledon as explants and taking MS as basic medium,different combination of hormones were added to induce adventitious buds in cotyledon culture of Baiyu colorful pepper in vitro.The results showed that the cotyledons by seed propagation were cut to 5 mm2 and cultured on medium of MS + 0.6mg/L NAA.The results of inducing callus were the best.Later,the callus were cut to pieces and cultured on the medium of MS + 0.4mg/L 6BA + 0.2mg/L NAA or the medium of MS + 1.0mg/L KT + 0.2mg/L NAA.The results of inducing adventitious buds were better.
