摘 要: | 采用单因素分析和二次回归正交旋转试验设计的方法,建立了试验因素与试验指标间影响关系的数学模型。通过优化计算得到玉米花粉低温加微波破壁的最佳工艺参数为:温差182℃、微波解冻时间15.7min和处理次数为5次,此时花粉破壁率达95%左右。

Abstract: | Based on multi-variable analysis and orthogonal experimental design of regression method, mathematical model describing effects of selected parameters on experiment criterion was developed. Through optimal calculation a set of optimum parameters for (dilapidating walls of maize pollen by microwave in low temperature was achieved, i.e. difference of temperature ranges 182℃, thaw time 15.7 min, repeat treatment 5 times. In this case 95 percent of maize pollen was dilapidated. |
