水稻耐低磷胁迫研究现状及未来发展方向

摘    要:缺磷是农业生产中限制水稻产量的一个重要因子。通过对磷在土壤中的存在形式及利用效率、水稻品种耐低磷胁迫特性、耐低磷胁迫水稻品种的筛选和鉴定以及耐低磷性状的分子标记、遗传转化、基因克隆等方面进行了综述,并对今后水稻低磷胁迫的研究方向作出预测,为水稻耐低磷及磷高效水稻品种的选育提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The lack of phosphorus in rice is one of the major limited factors to rice yield.Four aspects were summarized in the paper,i.e.,the existing forms of phosphorus in soil and utilization efficiency,the characteristic of low phosphorus tolerance of rice varieties,the screening of rice varieties tolerant to low phosphorus and molecularmarker of its gene,genetic transformation,gene clone.Moreover,the future trends ofresearches on low phosphorus stress were predicted.This would supply some theoretical base for screening rice varieties with high efficiency of phosphorus usage and tolerant to low phosphorus stress.
