| Abstract: | At present,agrobacterium and biolistics are often used amony various transformation methods for foreign genes into plant cells. In this paper,the basic principle and the lastest development of agrobacterium transformation for graminaceous crops were narrated concisely . In the meantime, types, principle and application of parti- cle gun was introduced briefly. |
