黑木耳多糖提取条件的研究

摘    要:研究了黑木耳多糖的不同提取方法。结果表明,采用超声波协同酶解并结合高压热水浸提法可显著提高多糖的提取率,其最适提取条件为:浸提剂倍数为50,超声波功率为120W;复合酶反应最适pH值为5,最适温度为50℃,添加量为1.5%,反应80 min;蛋白酶反应最适pH值为6,最适温度为50℃,添加量为2.0%,反应60 min;高压热水浸提温度1150C,浸提80 min。黑木耳多糖提取率可达16.82%。

Abstract:Different extraction methods of auricularia polysaccharide were studied in this paper.The results showed that the ultrasonic synergistic combination of enzyme and high-pressure hot water extraction could significantly increase the extraction rate of polysaccharides.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction solvent ratio was 50 and the ultrasonic power was 120W;the amount of complex enzyme consisting of pectinase and cellulase used was 1.5% with a reaction time of 80min at 50℃ and pH5.The amount of protease used was 2.0% with a reaction time of 60min at 50℃and pH6,and the extraction time of high-pressure hot water extraction was 80min at 115℃.Auricularia polysaccharide extraction rate was 16.82%.
