| Abstract: | With the rapid development of agro-products industry, there is stronger demand for talents, especially the one who are good at sale and knowledge about agro-chemical industry. The companies are working out the strategies to cultivate own employees and attract more talents. Therefore, our publication has done the research about the skills required for the job application of fertilizer industry, expecting the talents can realize their selfvalue. |
