Abstract: | China BlueChemical Ltd.,which is established in 2000,has already become a leading enterprise in China means of agricultural industry. Yang Yexin,the Chief Executive Officer and President of China BlueChemical Ltd.,has concluded a series of successful experience in operating the enterprise. China BlueChemical Ltd. is a full-invested subsidiary company of Chinanational offshore oil corporation. Ever since it was established,the China BlueChemical Ltd. has carried out several Mergers and Acquisitions successfully,making its fertilizer capacity reach 4 million tons in more 8 years. Until now,China BlueChemical Ltd. has already completed its national layout. It has already constructed 4 basement and 2 more basements are in the course of construction.
