巴旦木种仁挥发性化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从巴旦木杏仁中提取挥性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共分离鉴定了23中化合物。所鉴定化合物的含量占总物质的78.55%。采用峰面积归一化法确定了个成分的相对含量,主要成分为雪松醇(24.63%)、4-甲氧基-6-(2-丙烯基)-1,3-苯并二恶茂(17.52%)、α-荜茄醇(4.61%)、罗汉柏烯(3.5%)、邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基已基)酯(3.08%)等。

Abstract:The volatile chemical components extracted from the almond of Prunus amygdalus Stokes was abstracted by steam-- stilling and analyzed by GC--MS method. 23 compounds were identified, which occupied for 78.55% in the total volatile chemical components. The main components were a -- Cedrol ( 24. 63% ), 1,3 -- Benzodioxole, 4 -- methoxy -- 6 -- { 2 -- propenyl ) -- { CAS) ( 17.52 % ), α-- Cadino ( 4.610% ), Thujopsene ( 3.5 % ), Di-- ( 2 -- ethylhexyl ) phthalate ( 3.08 % ), etc.
