文化安全视野下的新疆高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育研究

文化安全观是一种新的安全观，由于新疆特殊的地理、人文、自然条件，使得新疆在保持国家的稳定方面具有十分重要的战略意义。新疆高校是培养接班人的地方，因此在新的安全观的指导下，对少数民族大学生思想政治教育的研究就显得十分重要。本文立足于文化安全，从文化安全的涵义和思想政治教育在维护文化安全中的本质功能出发，分析了新疆少数民族大学生思想政治教育方面存在的问题，从而有针对性地提出了文化安全视野下的新疆高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育的对策。

Study on Ideological and Political Education of Minority Students in Xinjiang University under the View of Cultural Security

Cultural security is a new concept of security. Because of the special geography, humanities, the natural conditions of Xinjiang, Xinjiang has the extremely important strategic sense in maintaining the eountry＇s stability. Institutions of Xinjiang are the places of cultivating successors, so under the guidance of the new concept of security, the ideological and political education of minority college students is very important. The article is established in cultural security, is based on the implication of cultural security and fundamental functions of preserving cultural security, analyzes questions existing and challenges fighting in the field of the ideological and political education of minority college students, brings up some countermeasures contrapuntally.
