摘    要:针对和田玉深孔磨削抛光加工性能要求,对超声波振动深孔珩磨加工运动特性进行了建模与计算分析;着重分析了超声波振动珩磨加工时的变速特性,磨削频转比、振幅参数取值空间的变化对磨削速度的影响规律。分析结果表明,超声波振动磨削时调整合适参数能改变磨削时油石与工件切入时的工作角度,这样能有效控制油石的凹陷,增加油石的耐用度,优化工艺规律,为今后对具体研磨过程提供参考。

Analysis on Motion Characteristics of Khotan Jade Ultrasonic Vibration Deep Hole Honing

Abstract:According to the property of deep hole grinding and polishing for Xinjiang Khotan Jade,motion characteristic of ultrasonic vibration deep hole honing( UVDHH) was analyzed and modeling. It emphatically analyses characteristics of the speed change and variable angle of UVDHH,and takes into consideration the influence of the three-dimensional changes of grinding frequency speed ratio,the amplitude of a parameter on grinding speed. The analysis results show that ultrasonic vibration grinding can adjust the appropriate parameters change grinding abrasive and the workpiece is cut into the work point of view,it can effectively control the oil-stone sag,increase the durability oil stone,optimization of process rule to provide the reference for the future of specific grinding process.
