| 摘 要： | 采用无菌操作技术从野生健康甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis)根、茎、叶、种子、根瘤等组织中分离出内生细菌(Endophyticbacteria)125株,其中31株对棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae)具有较强的拮抗活性,这31株内生细菌分属于气芽孢杆菌属(Aerobacillussp.)、气单胞菌属(Aeromonassp.)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillussp.)、黄单孢杆菌属(Xanthomonassp.)、假单胞杆菌属(Pseudomonassp.)、土壤杆菌属(Agrobacteriumsp.)
