缺铜羔羊治疗前后血液指标及组织变化的观察

对新疆阿克苏地区沙雅县某羊群普遍出现以后躯运动障碍为主要症状的病羊进行实验室诊断，并对发病严重的羔羊进行1个月的更换饲养环境、改变日粮、投服5％硫酸铜溶液的治疗．观察发病羊治疗前后的症状、病理剖检、血液指标的变化（血铜、肝铜以及血细胞的变化）、组织变化。结果表明：通过治疗．病羊临床症状改善不明显，内脏组织剖检眼观有明显改善，血铜有明显升高，肝铜有明显升高，红细胞数目增高，白细胞数目降低，肝组织切片趋于正常等变化。

The observation of Blood Index and Tissue Changes Before and After Treating the Lamb Lacked of Copper

The lambs which show waist movement obstacle are diagnosed by laboratory in Sha-- Ya county Xingjiang, and treating those lambs by changing environment and daily food, taking an oral does of 5 % copper sulphate for one month. Observing symptoms, pathological autopsy and blood index changes, tissue changes before and after treatment on sickness sheep. The results indicated that clinical symptoms was improved unconspieuous, internal organs tissues splits examination changed apparently, Blood copper and liver copper rised apparently, RBC and WBC reduced ,liver tissue slices tended to normal after treatment on sickness sheep.
