| 摘 要： | 应用ＥＬＩＳＡ技术对３０份羊血清，肌肉肝脏标本进行了ＨＢＶ－ＨＢｓＡｇ水平检测，结果血清阳性率２０％，肝脏阳性率１０％。表明羊体内含有ＨＢＶ－ＨＢｓＡｇ相似的类属抗原及相关抗体，提示对羊体内检出ＨＢＶ－ＨＢｓＡｇ应起重视，建议对羊开展乙肝的在ＨＢＣ与人ＨＢＶ的异同及关系，寻找ＨＢＶ动物模型．

| Abstract: | HBV-HBsAg test was carried out on 30 samples of sheepserum,livers andmuscles with ELISA method. It resulted that 20 percentof the serum samples showed positive reactions,so did 10 percent of thelivers samples,indicating that the group-antigen and relative antibodyboth similar to HBV-HBsAg existed in the sheep's body. Warning thatmuchattention should be paid to HBV-HBsAg tested in sheep's body. Itis suggested that carrying out studies on HBV in sheep be necessary,that is,to study the differences and relationships between man's andanimal's 1HBV, to search a HBV animal model. |
