孜然种质资源研究与利用进展

摘    要:孜然在我国已有千余年的栽培历史,是北方人喜爱的调料,适宜与多种作物间套种植,经济效益较好。与大宗作物相比,孜然的种质资源利用率较低,品种改良落后,仍以地方品种和农家品种为主。育种手段以常规为主,选育新品种进程缓慢。从孜然的种质资源收集与利用、生育特性、孜然应用前景进行综述,供中国孜然科研工作者参考,并期望对提高国内孜然遗传研究与育种利用水平有所裨益。

Abstract:In china the cumin has been cultivated for one thousand years. It is one of the favorite spice in north of china, and it is suitable for mixed intercropping with other crops with a good economic returns. Compared with staple crops, the germ plasmas resource utilization of cumin is very low, the varieties improvement is lag, the local varieties and landraces are still used. The regular breeding methods are mainly used, with a very slow progress in new varieties selection. In this paper the collection and utilization of cumin germ plasmas, the growing characteristics, and the application prospect of cumin are summarized. The main aim is to supply useful informa- tion for the scientists to help improve the Cumin genetic research level and breeding using in China.
